I turn complex business needs into clear requirements, workable processes, and solutions teams can validate with confidence.

My analysis approach combines stakeholder discovery, requirements elicitation, current-state (AS-IS) and future-state (TO-BE) process mapping, gap analysis, and change-impact assessment. I translate business goals into functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, use cases, business rules, acceptance criteria, and traceable delivery documentation.

I work across the software delivery lifecycle, partnering with business users, product owners, developers, QA, and delivery teams to refine scope, clarify dependencies, assess options, and prioritize work. My quality engineering background helps connect requirements to practical test scenarios, UAT planning, functional and regression coverage, defect triage, and release readiness.

My hands-on toolkit includes Jira and Azure DevOps for work and defect tracking, Postman for API validation, SQL for data checks, and Eggplant automation in healthcare application upgrade work. I use these tools to support traceability from business need to implementation and validation, while keeping assumptions, risks, and acceptance conditions visible.

At Tech Mahindra, I support healthcare technology initiatives as a Senior Business Analyst, helping translate operational needs into structured requirements and supporting validation and delivery. Previously, at Oracle Health (Cerner), I supported upgrades and clinical workflows across Emergency Medicine/FirstNet, Oncology, Blood Bank/Transfusion, and MPages. My work included upgrade impact analysis, functional and regression validation, defect investigation, Eggplant automation, and coordination with client teams across Australia, Qatar/Kuwait, the UK, and Ireland.
